Data we process
Tracepoint processes account information, workspace activity, billing identifiers, device diagnostic archives, normalized analysis results, and generated reports to provide the service.
Sensitive diagnostic archives
Sysdiagnose archives can contain personal and device information. Archives remain private, are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are automatically deleted according to the workspace retention policy. The default is seven days.
Tenant isolation
Device identifiers are encrypted and transformed with a workspace-specific keyed hash. We do not correlate devices between customer workspaces.
Your controls
Workspace owners can export account records, change retention settings, delete raw archives, and request account deletion. Audit records needed for security and legal obligations may be retained for a limited period.
Service providers
Configured identity, storage, email, payment, and analysis providers process only the information required for their role and are governed by operator agreements.
Contact
Privacy contact details are supplied by the service operator before production launch.
