Authorized use

You must have the legal authority and required consent to upload and analyze any diagnostic archive. You may not use Tracepoint to access a device or data without authorization.

Credits and billing

A credit is not required to upload or process an archive. Reports prepared without an available credit remain locked until a credit is purchased or granted. Credits reserved from an existing balance are settled only after successful analysis, and failed or abandoned jobs release their reservation. Monetary terms are presented in Stripe Checkout.

Reports

Reports summarize technical indicators found in the supplied archive. They are not a manufacturer warranty decision, legal opinion, or guarantee that a device is free of defects.

Reseller responsibility

Resellers control their client records, team access, white-label identity, and customer-facing report delivery. They are responsible for accurate branding and required customer notices.

Availability

The operator maintains backups and operational monitoring but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Recovery targets and support commitments are defined in the applicable service agreement.
